On Oodi’s first floor, it is possible to organize small-scale pop-up events.
The parameters of the pop-up area are the following: beginning at the south end of the building, opposite the information desk, a span of few metres runs along the glass wall towards the main entrance doors.
The pop-up area can serve as a brief temporary information point. The area is suitable for presenting the activities of organizations and associations, or highlighting services that are of general interest to the public. Commercial transactions and activities are prohibited.
Use of the pop-up area must always be approved in advance via email: email@example.com. The pop-up area has access to electrical outlets through the floor. A few tables and chairs are also available. It is permissible to place one roll up banner adjacent to the pop-up spot.
Currently, the following table sizes are available for the pop-up area: (height x width x depth):
- 72 x 70 x 70 cm (3 pcs)
- 95 x 75 x 75 cm (2 pcs)
- 95 x 150 x 75 cm (2 pcs)
- 72 x 140 x 70 cm (1 pc)
